- Progressive Unintentional Weight Loss
- Iron Deficiency Anemia
- Dysphagia
- Persistent Vomiting
- Epigastric Mass

Referral Criteria/Information
Patients must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Patients with Dyspepsia
- Dyspepsia + > 55 years with:
- Unexplained, persistent recent onset dyspepsia in the absence of any other features
- Unexplained worsening of dyspepsia
- Persistent long term reflux unresponsive to 6 weeks treatment in primary care
Any age with a change of or persistent dyspepsia symptoms despite PPI therapy and treatment for HP, with a history of Barrett’s metaplasia, dysplasia, recent NSAID use, previous gastric surgery or strong family history
