Referral Criteria/Information

Referral process for Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s Older People’s Mental Health Services

To make a referral to the Older People’s Mental Health Service please

email: hnf-tr.mentalhealthresponseservice@nhs.net 

or

Telephone: 01482 301701

Your call will be transferred to the appropriate Older People’s Mental Health Team, if your call is during normal office hours.

Calls between 5pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am to 8pm during weekends and bank holidays will be transferred to the Crisis and Intervention Team for Older People.
